Membership Fees 2024/2025
MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS POLICY – 2024/25
Membership Fees: We note that even though the season may start later than normal for some membership categories every endeavour will be made to deliver as many normal club activities as possible. For example, junior activities (nippers) may continue into March or April.
Membership refunds will be given less a $20 administration fee if the member withdraws before the 30th November 2024, or within 1 month of joining as a new member. If Active Kids vouchers are used for subsidising payment, the portion of payment made with the voucher is not refundable. Note that if a member withdraws and seeks a refund they will not be recognised as a member for the 2024/25 season. This means:
Members may apply to the Director, Member Services for a fee exemption for the 2024/2025 season in cases of financial hardship. This is not automatic and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Gym Refunds: To compensate for Gym closures last season and for several months this season Gym fees will be reduced to 50% for this season.
Clothing Refunds: No refunds on clothing that has been collected or for special orders. Refunds will only be issued for clothing paid for but not delivered, until December 31.
Course Refunds: Any course that has been paid for by a member will be refunded in full (less cost of manuals & materials handed out) if the course is unable to go ahead due to Covid or held until the course is able to resume.
